Refund & Return Policy

At KidDesert, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

## Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within *7 days* of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

* The product must be unused and in its original condition.
* The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and included items.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
* Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

## Product Issues & Support

If you experience any issue with your product, please contact our support team before requesting a return. We may ask for photos or videos of the issue to help troubleshoot and determine the appropriate solution.

In some cases, product features may require proper setup or operation. Our team will be happy to assist before processing a return request.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within *48 hours of delivery* and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, we may offer:

* A replacement product;
* A repair solution (if applicable); or
* A full refund.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, KidDesert may cover the return shipping cost.

## Return Shipping

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must return the product to our designated return address.

Unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped:

* Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
* Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
* If KidDesert arranges return shipping on behalf of the customer, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.

Products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a refund.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
* Products returned without original packaging.
* Clearance, promotional, discounted, or final-sale items.
* Customized or personalized products.
* Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.

## Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

KidDesert reserves the right to approve or reject any return request if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

## Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and approved following inspection, the refund will be processed.

Please allow *10–15 business days* from the date we receive the returned product for the refund to be issued.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider.

## Refund Amount

Approved refunds will be calculated as follows:

*Refund Amount = Product Price − Original Shipping Charges − Applicable Return Shipping Charges (if paid by KidDesert on behalf of the customer)*

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to a verified defect, damage, or shipping error.

## Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
